Diane, Barb, Leslie and Bill are delighted to add  Bar Manager Debi Kirkland and Monica Barbera to our “Food Family.”

Debi Kirkland, a central Arizona lady newly arrived with her radiant smile and bartending experience ready to manage the “Saloon,” plan special events and lend a helping hand in the restaurant serving food and drinks. We think she’s the best bartender in these parts, so order up, in the restaurant or Saloon, she will even mix them to go golfing too!

Monica Barbera, a full time U of A student and a new transplant from the Northeast has experience in catering, banquet, wedding, and restaurant service. She’s with us on weekends and has great energy and sparkling eyes so you can’t miss her!
Still learning to live in the Arizona desert, she may be another one of those that never want to leave Tucson!

Many card players and church groups are our regulars. Our interesting wildlife environment makes a pleasant atmosphere to relax and a great place to eat and socialize.

Pauli`s Cafe overlooks the golf course and desert area, which makes it a very relaxing atmosphere for a leasurly Lunch or Breakfast. The Quail and Rabbit families run around the area and are very entertaining in the spring time and who knows you may even see a Bobcat or Coyote or two. Our little valley environment is a haven for many wild animals.
